Boogie Bounce Workout is a fun, high-energy exercise program on a mini trampoline, set to feel-good music. This 45-minute cardio session includes a focused conditioning segment, targeting either triceps and abs or press-ups and glutes for an extra 5-minute burn. You’ll engage nearly every muscle in your body, from your legs to your core – and even your face!

Expect to break a sweat in this action-packed session, featuring 20 minutes of dance-inspired moves followed by 10 minutes of floor-based booty and ab exercises. You’ll leave feeling energized and perfectly toned!

 

The program uses three different resistance bands, making it accessible for beginners yet challenging for advanced participants. Whether you join us in-person or through the Boogie Bounce App, our expert instructors guide you through the session, offering modifications and lower intensity options when needed.

As a certified Boogie Bounce instructor, you’ll receive new trampoline fitness routines every 8 weeks, featuring age-appropriate music that keeps your Kidz class fresh, fun, and exciting. Whether you’re working with toddlers or teens, the carefully designed moves make sure every child is motivated and moving!
