5. In-Person Classes & Programmes

 

We know accessibility is not just about websites, it’s about real people in real spaces.

 

If you would like to attend a class or programme and have a disability, health condition, pregnancy, postnatal needs, sensory needs, mental health needs, or any other support requirements, please contact us in advance where possible.

 

Depending on the venue and type of class, we may be able to:

 

  • Adjust exercises or provide lower-impact options

  • Offer extra explanation or demonstrations

  • Give you a spot near the instructor or exit

  • Allow a carer or support person to attend with you (subject to space and venue rules)

  • Plan for things like breaks, quieter spaces or seating where appropriate

 

Some venue accessibility (e.g. step-free access, toilets, parking) may be outside our direct control, but we will always try to:

 

  • Explain what the venue is like as clearly as we can

  • Help you decide if it meets your needs

  • Suggest alternative options where available

6. Limitations & Areas We’re Working On

 

We are aware of some potential limitations, such as:

 

  • Older content that may not fully meet current accessibility best practice

  • Some videos that may not yet have captions or transcripts

  • Third-party platforms (e.g. booking systems, payment providers, social media) that we do not fully control

  • Limited capacity as a small business to make every change immediately
