  • Your use of this website or reliance on any information it contains;

This website is intended for users based in the United Kingdom and is governed by the laws of England and Wales. By using this site, you agree that any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

3. Health, Medical & Exercise Responsibility

By booking or taking part in any Aspire Fitness & Coaching activity (in person or online), you agree that:

  • You are participating voluntarily and at your own risk.

  • You are physically able to take part in exercise and have consulted your GP or healthcare professional where appropriate.

  • You will complete any health screening or PAR-Q forms honestly and update us if your circumstances change.

  • You will work within your own limits and stop immediately if you feel unwell, dizzy, faint, in pain or uncomfortable.

If you are pregnant, postpartum, have recently had surgery, have a long-term health condition, injury or any medical concerns, you must seek medical advice before starting or continuing exercise.

We reserve the right to refuse participation or adapt sessions if we believe it is not safe or appropriate.

4. Bookings & Payments

  • All classes, passes and programmes must be booked in advance via our booking system or as otherwise instructed.

  • Your place is only confirmed once full payment has been received.

  • Prices are shown at the time of booking and may change from time to time.

  • Payment methods will be clearly stated on the booking platform (e.g. card, direct debit, online payment).

We reserve the right to:

  • Change class times, formats or instructors;

  • Cancel or reschedule sessions due to illness, low numbers, venue issues or other circumstances beyond our control.

In such cases, we will always try to offer an alternative date or credit where possible.

5. Cancellations & Refunds (General)

Our general approach is:

  • No refunds for non-attendance, change of mind, or late cancellations, unless required by law.

  • Where stated, we may offer class credits instead of refunds, at our discretion.

If we cancel a class or programme:

  • We will aim to offer a rescheduled session, transfer to another class, or a credit.

  • If none of these options are suitable, a refund may be considered for the specific cancelled session only.

Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.

6. Class Passes & Memberships

The following applies to all passes and memberships (such as Simple Drop-In, Flexi-8 Pass, All-In Mum Pass, Sweat at Home Squad, The Hybrid Mum Hustle, Mum Bod Comeback Club, 8-Week Mum Melt Down and The Ultimate Mum Transformation Club):

6.1 General Rules for Passes & Memberships

  • Passes and memberships are personal to you and are not transferable.

  • Each pass has a validity period (e.g. number of weeks or a set date range). Unused sessions within this period are non-refundable and cannot be carried over, unless we agree otherwise in writing.

  • Any introductory or free-class offers are one per person, unless clearly stated otherwise.

  • Special offers, discounts and promotions may have additional conditions which will be stated at the time of purchase.

6.2 Simple Drop-In Sessions

  • Pay-as-you-go booking for a single class on a specific date and time.

  • Payment is required at the time of booking.

  • If you do not attend, the session is lost, and no refund is given.

6.3 Flexi-8 Pass

  • Gives you a set number of classes (e.g. 8 sessions) to be used within a specified period.

  • Sessions must be pre-booked onto available classes.

  • Any unused sessions after the expiry date are forfeited.

  • Cannot be shared with others.

6.4 All-In Mum Pass

  • Gives access to a wider range or higher number of classes within a set membership period.

  • May include a “fair use” policy to ensure all members can access classes (e.g. limits on the number of advance bookings at one time).

  • Missed sessions are not refundable or transferable.

6.5 Sweat at Home Squad (Online)

  • Provides access to online content, live streams or recorded workouts.

  • Usually operates as a recurring monthly membership unless otherwise stated.

  • You are responsible for ensuring you have a safe space to exercise, suitable footwear and a stable internet connection.

  • Access may be removed if payment fails, the membership is cancelled or these terms are breached.

6.6 The Hybrid Mum Hustle

  • Combines in-person classes with online content or support.

  • In-person elements follow the class and pass rules above.

  • Online elements follow the online content rules in section 7 below.

6.7 Mum Bod Comeback Club / 8-Week Mum Melt Down / Ultimate Mum Transformation Club

These are structured programmes that may include:

  • Set start and end dates;

  • Weekly sessions (online or in person);

  • Group support, resources or coaching;

  • Accountability check-ins or challenges.

Because places are limited and planned in advance:

  • Programmes are generally non-refundable once they have started, except in exceptional circumstances at our discretion or where required by law.

  • If you miss a session, we will not usually be able to offer a replacement, but may provide resources or recordings where available.

Specific details for each programme (what’s included, dates, times, price and any extra rules) will be shown on the booking page and form part of these Terms & Conditions.

7. Online Content, Digital Products & Recordings

This includes any:

  • Live-streamed classes

  • Recorded workouts or replays

  • Downloadable resources, guides or programmes

  • Members-only content

By purchasing or accessing online content, you agree that:

  • Access is for your personal use only and must not be shared, copied, resold or distributed.

  • You will not record, reproduce or share any part of the sessions without our written permission.

  • We cannot guarantee uninterrupted access due to factors beyond our control (e.g. internet outages, platform issues).

Where a digital product is delivered instantly (e.g. downloadable guide), your right to cancel may be limited once you have accessed the content, in line with UK consumer law. Details will be provided at the point of purchase.

8. Children & Under 18s

  • Some classes or events may be suitable for children or teens; details will be given on the booking information.

  • A parent or legal guardian may need to provide consent and, in some cases, remain on site.

  • You are responsible for your child’s behaviour and safety before and after the class.

We reserve the right to refuse entry or ask anyone to leave if behaviour is unsafe or disruptive.

9. Behaviour & Studio / Venue Rules

We aim to create a friendly, inclusive environment. By attending, you agree to:

  • Treat instructors and other participants with respect.

  • Follow safety instructions and venue rules.

  • Refrain from abusive, aggressive, discriminatory or inappropriate behaviour.

We may refuse entry or terminate memberships without refund if behaviour is unacceptable.

10. Personal Belongings

You are responsible for your own belongings at all times. Aspire Fitness & Coaching is not liable for any loss, theft or damage to personal items brought to classes, events or venues.

11. Photography, Video & Social Media

We may occasionally take photos or short video clips in class or at events for marketing and social media.

  • Wherever possible, we will make it clear when filming or photography is taking place.

  • If you do not wish to be included, please let the instructor know before the session starts, and we will respect this.

You must not record or photograph other participants without their consent.

12. Prices, Changes & Service Availability

  • Prices for classes, passes, memberships, and programmes may change from time to time.

  • We will honour the price at the time of your booking for that specific purchase.

  • We may change or withdraw classes, programmes or services at any time. If this affects an existing booking, we will contact you and offer options (e.g. reschedule, credit, or refund where appropriate).

13. Data Protection & Privacy

We collect and process personal data in line with our Privacy Policy, which explains:

  • What information we collect

  • How we use it

  • How we store it

  • Your rights under data protection law

By using our website or services, you agree to the terms of our Privacy Policy.

14. Complaints & Feedback

If you are unhappy with any aspect of our service, please contact us in the first instance so we can try to resolve the issue quickly and informally.
