Shipping Policy

Shipping & Collection Policy – Aspire Fitness & Coaching

At Aspire Fitness & Coaching, we currently do not offer postal delivery or shipping. All physical products are supplied on a collection-only basis from classes or agreed collection points.

1. No Shipping / Delivery

 

  • We do not currently post items within the UK or internationally.

  • All orders must be collected in person.

  • If we introduce shipping in future, this Policy will be updated, and any delivery options and charges will be clearly shown at checkout.

2. Collection from Class or Agreed Venue

 

When you place an order for a physical product (for example: merchandise, equipment, accessories):

 

  • You will collect your item at an Aspire Fitness & Coaching class or event, or

  • From another pre-agreed collection point, such as the Colwyn Bay Community Hwb & Foodbank

 

We will confirm:

 

  • The collection location, and

  • The earliest date your order will be ready,

 

via email/message/booking system, using the contact details you provided at checkout.

3. What You Need to Bring

 

When collecting your order, you may be asked to:

 

  • Give your name and/or

  • Show your order confirmation (on your phone is fine)

 

If someone is collecting on your behalf, please let us know their name in advance, where possible.

4. Collection Timeframes & Uncollected Orders

 

We will normally hold your order for [e.g. 4 weeks] from the first agreed collection date.

 

  • If you cannot attend class to collect, please contact us as soon as possible to arrange another collection date.

  • If an order is not collected within the holding period, and we have not heard from you, we may:

     

    • Return the item to general stock, and

    • Treat the order as cancelled without refund, unless required otherwise by law or agreed at our discretion.

 

We will always try to be reasonable and fair, especially where you have communicated with us about any issues attending class.

5. Condition of Items at Collection

 

We will take reasonable care to ensure items are in good condition and as described when handed over.

 

  • Once the item has been collected and checked by you, responsibility for the item passes to you.

  • Please check your order at the time of collection and tell us immediately if there is any problem (e.g. wrong size, obvious defect).

6. Returns, Exchanges & Faulty Items

 

This Policy only explains how you receive your order (collection only).

  • Exchanges

  • Faulty or damaged items

 

will be covered in our Returns & Refunds Policy (or relevant section of our Terms & Conditions).

 

If you believe an item is faulty or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details and we will review it in line with UK consumer law.

7. Digital Products & Online Content

 

For clarity, this Shipping & Collection Policy only applies to physical items.

 

Any digital products, online programmes or memberships are delivered electronically (for example: via email, member areas or links) and do not require shipping or physical collection.

 

8. Changes to This Policy

 

We may update this Shipping & Collection Policy from time to time, for example, if we start offering home delivery or new collection options.

 

Any changes will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Your continued use of our website or services after changes are made will be treated as acceptance of the updated Policy.
