Service Description

Boogie Bounce is a full-body, dance-based workout on a mini trampoline that feels more like a party than a gym session. Big tunes, big energy, big smiles, all on your own little trampoline with a T-bar for support. Each class is built around simple, fun routines to chart hits, throwbacks and cheeky bangers. You’ll bounce, step, twist and groove on the trampoline, then slow it down for toning tracks that work your legs, bum and core. Everything is low-impact on your joints, but high-impact on results. What to expect in a class: • Your own mini trampoline with a safety T-bar • Easy-to-follow routines (no dance experience needed) • Mix of cardio, strength and core work • Options for beginners and regulars, so you can go at your own pace • A friendly, fun atmosphere where no one is judging you Boogie Bounce is designed to: • Burn calories and support fat loss • Strengthen legs, glutes and core • Improve balance, coordination and fitness • Boost mood, confidence and energy Because the trampoline absorbs the impact, it’s kinder on knees, hips and back than many traditional aerobic workouts, making it a great option if you want to work hard without heavy pounding on the joints. You don’t have to be fit to start ... you just have to start. Every track has easier and harder options, so you can build up gradually. Whether you’re getting back into exercise, adding something fun to your routine or just need an hour that’s completely for you, Boogie Bounce is your permission slip to move, sweat and actually enjoy it. Cancellation Policy

Bookings • All classes, PT sessions and programmes must be booked in advance. • Your space is confirmed only when payment is received. • Places are limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Payments • Payment is due at the time of booking unless you have an active membership or package. • Memberships and packages are non-transferable and for the named person only. Cancellations by You Group Classes • Cancel or reschedule up to 12 hours before the start for a credit/rebook. • Less than 12 hours’ notice or no-shows are charged in full. PT Sessions / Small Group PT • Cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before the start time. • Less than 24 hours’ notice is charged in full. Courses, Blocks & 8-Week Programmes • Fees are non-refundable once the course has started. • If you cancel at least 7 days before the start date, a transfer or credit may be offered at our discretion. • Missed sessions within a block/programme are non-refundable and non-transferable. Cancellations by Us • If we cancel due to illness, venue issues or low numbers, you’ll be offered a transfer, credit or refund where no suitable alternative is available. Lateness & No-Shows • Arrive 5–10 minutes early. If you are more than 10 minutes late, you may not be able to join and it will count as a no-show. • No-shows are charged in full. Health & Readiness • By booking, you confirm you are fit to exercise and have completed any required health form. • Inform the instructor of any health changes or new injuries before class. • We may refuse participation if we believe it is unsafe for you to join. Refunds • We do not refund late cancellations, no-shows or change of mind. • Any exceptions are at our discretion. We may update this policy; the latest version will always be on our website.
