Service Description

Boogie Bounce Revolution is the next step up from your usual trampoline workout, louder, sweatier and seriously good fun. You’ll use two stations: • Your mini trampoline for high-energy cardio tracks • A mat on the floor for strength, toning and core work The class is set up in blocks. You’ll bounce on the trampoline, then take a 30-second rest, then move to the mat for targeted exercises, then take a 30-second rest before the next round. Cardio, recovery, strength on repeat. It keeps your heart rate up, muscles working and brain engaged so the time flies. Expect a mix of: • Easy-to-follow bounce routines to big tunes • Mat-based moves for legs, glutes, arms and core • Intervals that challenge you, but can be adapted for all fitness levels Boogie Bounce Revolution is low-impact on the joints but high-impact on fitness. It’s designed to: • Burn calories and boost fitness • Tone your whole body • Improve balance, coordination and core strength • Make working out feel like a night out, not a punishment You don’t need to be super fit or know the routines, everything is broken down, with options to go easier or harder depending on how you feel. If you love the idea of bouncing, sweating and feeling strong, with a mix of trampoline and mat work (plus that glorious 30-second breather), Boogie Bounce Revolution is your new favourite class.

Cancellation Policy

Bookings • All classes, PT sessions and programmes must be booked in advance. • Your space is confirmed only when payment is received. • Places are limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Payments • Payment is due at the time of booking unless you have an active membership or package. • Memberships and packages are non-transferable and for the named person only. Cancellations by You Group Classes • Cancel or reschedule up to 12 hours before the start for a credit/rebook. • Less than 12 hours’ notice or no-shows are charged in full. PT Sessions / Small Group PT • Cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before the start time. • Less than 24 hours’ notice is charged in full. Courses, Blocks & 8-Week Programmes • Fees are non-refundable once the course has started. • If you cancel at least 7 days before the start date, a transfer or credit may be offered at our discretion. • Missed sessions within a block/programme are non-refundable and non-transferable. Cancellations by Us • If we cancel due to illness, venue issues or low numbers, you’ll be offered a transfer, credit or refund where no suitable alternative is available. Lateness & No-Shows • Arrive 5–10 minutes early. If you are more than 10 minutes late, you may not be able to join and it will count as a no-show. • No-shows are charged in full. Health & Readiness • By booking, you confirm you are fit to exercise and have completed any required health form. • Inform the instructor of any health changes or new injuries before class. • We may refuse participation if we believe it is unsafe for you to join. Refunds • We do not refund late cancellations, no-shows or change of mind. • Any exceptions are at our discretion. We may update this policy; the latest version will always be on our website.
