Bands + Bounce = Strength, sweat and sculpted everything. Boogie Bounce Strength & Tone + BANDS takes everything you love about bouncing… and cranks up the muscle burn. This class blends mini trampoline cardio with resistance band strength training for a full-body workout that targets legs, glutes, arms and core. You’ll use: • Your own mini trampoline with T-bar • Resistance bands to add extra challenge and control The class runs in focused blocks so you get the best of both worlds: • Bounce track to fire up your heart rate and warm the muscles • Band strength tracks on or around the trampoline to sculpt and tone • Short recovery moments so you can go again without feeling wiped out Expect: • Simple, easy-to-follow moves (no dance experience needed) • Options to go easier or harder depending on how you feel • A mix of standing, kneeling and anchored band work for upper and lower body • Slower, more controlled movements to really feel the muscles working Boogie Bounce Strength & Tone + BANDS is designed to help you: • Build strength and definition in your legs, bum, arms and core • Improve posture, stability and balance • Boost your overall fitness without endless jumping or impact • Feel strong, capable and confident in your body Because you’re using the trampoline and bands together, the workout is joint-friendly but seriously effective. You get all the fun, music and energy of a Boogie Bounce class, with an extra focus on muscle tone and strength. Perfect if you: • Want more shaping and strengthening alongside your cardio • Prefer controlled moves over non-stop high-impact jumping • Like feeling that good kind of ache the next day If you’re ready to bounce, band and build strength from head to toe, this is the class for you.

Cancellation Policy
Bookings • All classes, PT sessions and programmes must be booked in advance. • Your space is confirmed only when payment is received. • Places are limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Payments • Payment is due at the time of booking unless you have an active membership or package. • Memberships and packages are non-transferable and for the named person only. Cancellations by You Group Classes • Cancel or reschedule up to 12 hours before the start for a credit/rebook. • Less than 12 hours’ notice or no-shows are charged in full. PT Sessions / Small Group PT • Cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before the start time. • Less than 24 hours’ notice is charged in full. Courses, Blocks & 8-Week Programmes • Fees are non-refundable once the course has started. • If you cancel at least 7 days before the start date, a transfer or credit may be offered at our discretion. • Missed sessions within a block/programme are non-refundable and non-transferable. Cancellations by Us • If we cancel due to illness, venue issues or low numbers, you’ll be offered a transfer, credit or refund where no suitable alternative is available. Lateness & No-Shows • Arrive 5–10 minutes early. If you are more than 10 minutes late, you may not be able to join and it will count as a no-show. • No-shows are charged in full. Health & Readiness • By booking, you confirm you are fit to exercise and have completed any required health form. • Inform the instructor of any health changes or new injuries before class. • We may refuse participation if we believe it is unsafe for you to join. Refunds • We do not refund late cancellations, no-shows or change of mind. • Any exceptions are at our discretion. We may update this policy; the latest version will always be on our website.
