Service Description

Clubbercise is a full-body dance workout with a full-on nightclub vibe ... minus the heels and hangover. You’ll dance in a darkened room with disco lights, using LED glow sticks to bring the party. The music is a mix of club classics, chart bangers and throwback anthems, all put together in easy-to-follow routines that anyone can pick up, even if you think you’ve got two left feet. What to expect in a class: • Simple dance routines with high and low options • Big tunes you’ll want to sing along to • Glow sticks in both hands to get your arms working too • A fun, upbeat atmosphere where no one is watching you (because it’s dark!) Clubbercise is designed to: • Burn calories and boost your fitness • Tone legs, bum and core • Improve coordination and confidence • Help you switch off your brain and just move You don’t need dance experience, and you definitely don’t need to be “fit first”. Every move can be dialled up or down, so you can go all out or keep it lighter depending on how you feel. It’s perfect if you: • Hate traditional gyms • Miss nights out but not the late finishes • Want a fun way to move, de-stress and socialise Think of it as a night out disguised as a workout, great music, good vibes, loads of laughs and a seriously sneaky sweat. That’s Clubbercise.

Cancellation Policy

Bookings • All classes, PT sessions and programmes must be booked in advance. • Your space is confirmed only when payment is received. • Places are limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Payments • Payment is due at the time of booking unless you have an active membership or package. • Memberships and packages are non-transferable and for the named person only. Cancellations by You Group Classes • Cancel or reschedule up to 12 hours before the start for a credit/rebook. • Less than 12 hours’ notice or no-shows are charged in full. PT Sessions / Small Group PT • Cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before the start time. • Less than 24 hours’ notice is charged in full. Courses, Blocks & 8-Week Programmes • Fees are non-refundable once the course has started. • If you cancel at least 7 days before the start date, a transfer or credit may be offered at our discretion. • Missed sessions within a block/programme are non-refundable and non-transferable. Cancellations by Us • If we cancel due to illness, venue issues or low numbers, you’ll be offered a transfer, credit or refund where no suitable alternative is available. Lateness & No-Shows • Arrive 5–10 minutes early. If you are more than 10 minutes late, you may not be able to join and it will count as a no-show. • No-shows are charged in full. Health & Readiness • By booking, you confirm you are fit to exercise and have completed any required health form. • Inform the instructor of any health changes or new injuries before class. • We may refuse participation if we believe it is unsafe for you to join. Refunds • We do not refund late cancellations, no-shows or change of mind. • Any exceptions are at our discretion. We may update this policy; the latest version will always be on our website.
