CLUBBERCISE – COMBAT & TONE is where nightclub vibes meet kick-ass workout. Think Clubbercise energy with an extra punch… literally. You’ll move in a darkened room with disco lights and glow sticks, just like classic Clubbercise, but with a twist: we add combat-inspired moves and toning tracks to dial up the strength and power. What to expect in class: • Easy-to-follow combat-style combos ... punches, hooks, uppercuts, kicks • Toning tracks focusing on legs, bum, arms and core • Big club anthems, throwbacks and remixes you’ll want to sing along to • Options to go low or high impact, so you choose your intensity The class is broken into blocks so it flows and makes sense: • High-energy club dance + combat tracks to get your heart rate up • Combat & tone sections to sculpt arms, shoulders, legs and core • Slower, controlled moves so you really feel the muscles working CLUBBERCISE – COMBAT & TONE is designed to help you: • Burn calories and boost fitness • Build strength and definition • Improve coordination, balance and confidence • Release stress and tension in the BEST way ... by punching the air to big tunes You don’t need dance or boxing experience. Every move is broken down and repeated, with options to keep it simple or go full “main character energy” if you’re feeling it. Perfect if you: • Love Clubbercise but want a bit more power and punch • Want to tone up without boring gym routines • Need a healthy outlet for stress (goodbye rage, hello endorphins) • Prefer a fun, party-style class where no one is staring at you It’s still the Clubbercise vibe you love ... lights low, music high, judgement low ... but with an extra combat kick and toning focus so you leave feeling strong, sweaty and a little bit fierce.

Cancellation Policy

Bookings • All classes, PT sessions and programmes must be booked in advance. • Your space is confirmed only when payment is received. • Places are limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Payments • Payment is due at the time of booking unless you have an active membership or package. • Memberships and packages are non-transferable and for the named person only. Cancellations by You Group Classes • Cancel or reschedule up to 12 hours before the start for a credit/rebook. • Less than 12 hours’ notice or no-shows are charged in full. PT Sessions / Small Group PT • Cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before the start time. • Less than 24 hours’ notice is charged in full. Courses, Blocks & 8-Week Programmes • Fees are non-refundable once the course has started. • If you cancel at least 7 days before the start date, a transfer or credit may be offered at our discretion. • Missed sessions within a block/programme are non-refundable and non-transferable. Cancellations by Us • If we cancel due to illness, venue issues or low numbers, you’ll be offered a transfer, credit or refund where no suitable alternative is available. Lateness & No-Shows • Arrive 5–10 minutes early. If you are more than 10 minutes late, you may not be able to join and it will count as a no-show. • No-shows are charged in full. Health & Readiness • By booking, you confirm you are fit to exercise and have completed any required health form. • Inform the instructor of any health changes or new injuries before class. • We may refuse participation if we believe it is unsafe for you to join. Refunds • We do not refund late cancellations, no-shows or change of mind. • Any exceptions are at our discretion. We may update this policy; the latest version will always be on our website.
