Real Life. Real Bodies. Real Results. This personal training service is for people who are tired of guesswork, quick fixes and starting over every few weeks. If you want a plan that works with real life, busy schedules, family, work, stress and everything in between, you’re in the right place. I focus on helping you: • Lose fat in a healthy, sustainable way • Get stronger, fitter and more toned • Feel confident in your body again All without living in the gym or cutting out everything you enjoy. What you get when you book: • Personal plan, not a generic workout. We start with a chat, movement check and clear goals so your programme is tailored to your body, lifestyle and confidence level. • Training that feels comfortable. Home, outdoors or a local space, wherever you feel at ease and able to focus. • Workouts that actually fit your week. Short, effective sessions using bodyweight and simple movements. If you’ve got 30–45 minutes, we can make it work. • Straightforward guidance on food & habits. No extreme diets. Just realistic changes that help you see progress while still enjoying life. • Support & accountability. Someone in your corner to keep you on track, celebrate your wins and remind you why you started. Why book? Because you don’t need another random workout or shiny “challenge” ... you need a structured plan, clear guidance and a coach who understands that you have a life outside of training. Cancellation Policy

Bookings • All classes, PT sessions and programmes must be booked in advance. • Your space is confirmed only when payment is received. • Places are limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Payments • Payment is due at the time of booking unless you have an active membership or package. • Memberships and packages are non-transferable and for the named person only. Cancellations by You Group Classes • Cancel or reschedule up to 12 hours before the start for a credit/rebook. • Less than 12 hours’ notice or no-shows are charged in full. PT Sessions / Small Group PT • Cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before the start time. • Less than 24 hours’ notice is charged in full. Courses, Blocks & 8-Week Programmes • Fees are non-refundable once the course has started. • If you cancel at least 7 days before the start date, a transfer or credit may be offered at our discretion. • Missed sessions within a block/programme are non-refundable and non-transferable. Cancellations by Us • If we cancel due to illness, venue issues or low numbers, you’ll be offered a transfer, credit or refund where no suitable alternative is available. Lateness & No-Shows • Arrive 5–10 minutes early. If you are more than 10 minutes late, you may not be able to join and it will count as a no-show. • No-shows are charged in full. Health & Readiness • By booking, you confirm you are fit to exercise and have completed any required health form. • Inform the instructor of any health changes or new injuries before class. • We may refuse participation if we believe it is unsafe for you to join. Refunds • We do not refund late cancellations, no-shows or change of mind. • Any exceptions are at our discretion. We may update this policy; the latest version will always be on our website.
